Shipping
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the United States.
Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $150.
For orders under $150, a flat rate of $8.95 applies.
International shipping is available at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.
Pre-Orders
Some items are available for pre-order. Expected ship dates are listed on the product page. Pre-order items ship as
soon as they are ready and you will receive tracking confirmation by email.International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days depending on country and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. Chaïa does not have control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance — please check with your local customs office if you would like to know in advance.
Returns & Exchanges
Return window. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including dust bags for handbags.
How to start a return. Email chaya@chaiaofficial.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will reply with return instructions and a return address.
Refund processing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges. Because most pieces are one-size-fits-most and made in small batches, we generally process exchanges as a return and a new order. Reach out and we will guide you through the simplest path.
Final sale items. Pieces marked final sale, custom orders, and pre-orders past their cancellation window are not eligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Every Chaïa piece is inspected before shipping, but handmade items occasionally have small variations — we will let you know if a flag is a defect or a normal artisan signature.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because we ship quickly, order changes and cancellations are only possible within 4 hours of placing your order. After that, your order is being prepared for shipment and cannot be modified. Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before the production cutoff date listed on the product page.
